The measurements tape has to be comfortably tight around the body as the dress should be supportive and form fitting

19. Dress Lenght (Measure from the narrowest part of the waist until where you want the skirt to end)

For Latin/Rhythm Measure where you want the longest & shorter side of the skirt to end.(Write both measures)
